100 PULL UPS (total repetitions from both members)

150 AIR SQUAT SYNCHRONIZED

(squats must be synchronized in the upper and lower position) 

Workout Standards

THE EXERCISES ARE PREFORMED SOLELY AS SHOWN IN THE RECORDING

SYNCHRONIZED EXERCISES:

-       squats must be synchronized in the upper and lower position

-       bar muscle up must be synchronized in the upper position

-       kettlebell must be synchronized in the upper position

-       wall ball must be synchronized when squatting in the lower position

-       toes to bar must be synchronized when touching the bar with the feet
