Workout

A) All four working

12-9-6

  • 2 pairs synched barbell deadlifts, one pair per bar (160 kg/120 kg)
  • 4-person synched bar facing burpees

*All 4 athletes perform full work, pairs may be changed MF/MM/FF combo


B) Two-person synched on all movements

  • 21 2-person synched hang squat cleans (45/30)
  • 21 2-person synched pull-ups
  • 15 2-person synched thrusters (45/30)
  • 15 2-person synched toes-to-bar
  • 9 2-person synched power snatches (45/30)
  • 9 2-person synched handstand push-ups


C) All four working (please notice different rep scheme from part A)

3-6-9

  • 2 pairs synched barbell deadlifts, one pair per bar (160 kg/120 kg)
  • 4-person synched bar facing burpees

*All 4 athletes perform full work, pairs may be changed MF/MM/FF combo


*4 barbell set-up is advised but not compulsory


**Barbell movements: two athletes will perform movements together, switching out however desired. Only female athletes can only use the lighter barbell. All 4 teammates eligible to assist.


***Bodyweight movements: two athletes performing synched, switching out however desired. All 4 teammates eligible to assist.
