Workout Standards

Bangkok Throwdown 2019 Online Qualifier and video Guidelines: Document link 

Scaled division athletes must be able to perform several of our traditionally measured bodyweight and barbell movements. As the difficulty of the movement increased, the intensity and volume will be reduced. The qualifier workout acts as a screen for mobility, skill, and fitness that will be comparable to the Bangkok Throwdown.

Additional movements that will be tested at the Bangkok Throwdown include rope climbs.
