12 Bar Facing Burpees 
9 T2B - (Scaled - Situps)
6 Barbel Clusters - 95/65 (Scaled 65/ 45)

 

Video Submission Rules:

All videos must be unedited. Your must state your name at the beginning of the video, and stay in the frame of the video for duration of the workout. All movements and reps must clearly be demonstrated to standard in full view. Fisheye or wide angle lenses may be rejected due to picture distortion. There must be a visible timer running in the frame of the video. If there are weights involved in the workout, you must show an up-close shot of the weights including the weight of the bar.

Workout Standards

Weights: RX is 95 lbs for male, 65 lbs for female. Scaled is 65 lbs for male, 45 lbs for female. Scaled will also replace toes-to-bar with sit-ups.

 

Movement Standards

Bar-Facing Burpees - The burpee must be performed perpendicular to and facing the barbell. Athletes using an empty barbell for the clusters must set up a second barbell with 18 inch plates for the burpees. The athlete lies on the ground with their chest and thighs touching the ground and with their head behind the barbell. From this position the athlete can jump or step to their feet. The athlete must jump over the barbell using a 2-foot take-off, but does not need to land with both feet at the same time. Before starting the next rep, the athlete must be perpendicular to and facing the barbell.

Toes to Bar - The arms and hips must be fully extended at the bottom and the the feet must be brought back to behind the bar, not out front. Both feet must touch the bar together at some point. The arms can be bent or straight.

Clusters - The barbell begins on the ground. Touch and go is permitted. No bouncing. The barbell must come up to the shoulders with the elbows in front of the bar. At the bottom of the front squat position, the hip crease must come below the knees. The barbell must come to a full lockout overhead, with the hips, knees and arms fully extended, and the bar directly over the middle of the athlete’s body.
