*At 90 Seconds - 15/12Cal Airdyne UNLESS WORK IS COMPLETE BY 90 SECOND MARK

Workout Standards

The WOD Weeklies, Season 3, Workout #2, is, For Time, 20 power cleans, 20 pushups, 15 toes to bar. At 90 seconds, if the previous work is not complete, you must complete a 15 calorie air bike, 12 calories for female, and then complete your remaining work. If you finish the 3 movements before 90 seconds, then your workout is complete. Prescribed weight is 95 # for male, 65# for female. Scaled weight is 65# for male, 45# for female. Scaled will also replace toes-to-bar with sit-ups  For more information about movement standards please visit www.wodweeklies.com
