The BIG Total

1 rep max lift for Deadlift, Power Clean, Squat, Strict Press

Workout Standards

With a rolling clock (28 mins), each team mate will have 7 minutes to establish their heaviest successful lift in whichever movement they have chosen to do. Each team mate can only choose 1 (one) movement to complete and teams will have to strategise accordingly.

The next team mate can only start his/her moment when the previous team mate’s 7-minutes time slot has elapsed.

Only 1 barbell per team is allowed and it must be unloaded before the start of the entire workout.

You must complete the workout in the following order:

1.     Deadlift

2.     Power Clean

3.     Back Squat

4.     Strict Press

The score will be the total weight (in Kg) of the heaviest weight lifted in each movement.

VIDEO PROOF may be REQUESTED (but not required during score submission). You are allowed to video the attempts of each lift instead of recording a full 28 minute video. A RUNNING CLOCK/TIME MUST BE SHOWN ON VIDEO FRAME during the attempts.
