Workout

60 minutes maximum distance on the Concept2 Rower

Workout Standards

Your team will have 60 minutes to row as far as you can, accumulating total distance in metres. The goal is to row as many metres as possible in 60 minutes.

Your team mates can divide the work however they want, and can rotate as they wish. Each team mate should row at least 1km.

The monitor on the rower must be set to zero before the workout starts. No more rowing can take place after the 60 minutes has elapsed.

Image proof is required. Take a photo of your Row monitor when you start and when you finish. Upload them along with your team’s result on Competition Corner.

Find a personal trainer in the gym to officiate your result. The personal trainer must not be someone from your team or from another team.

Make sure you have the score sheet printed and fill in the form accordingly. You may request one from the Reps at the outlets respectively. Retain the team’s portion for your reference and return them back to the Reps.
