UFIT Summer Team Series 2019

Workout

For time complete the following workout in your team of 4:

  • 60 Synchronised Russian kettlebell swings
  • 40 Synchronised dumbbell thrusters
  • 20 Synchronised box step overs (2 dumbbells by the side)
  • 10 Synchronised box jump, step downs
  • 5 Synchronised kick ups

Workout Standards

This is a “Chipper” styled workout , eg. complete all the Synchronised Kettlebell swings you move onto the Dumbbell thrusters etc.

As this workout is for time, your team should aim to finish all the movements within the shortest time possible while making sure all movements are synchronised.

Once the timer has started, it can only be stopped when the team has finished the entire workout (all the reps).

Please use 24 inch box for all box step overs and box jumps.

Note: There is a time limit of 16 minutes.

For female, please use the following weights for these movements:

  • Russian Kettlebell Swings – 20kg
  • Dumbbell Thrusters – 12.5kg
  • Box Step Overs – 12.5kg each

For male, please use the following weights for these movements:

  • Russian Kettlebell Swings – 32kg
  • Dumbbell Thrusters – 20kg
  • Box Step Overs – 20kg each

Video proof is required for this workout, please ensure that all four team mates can be seen clearly doing the workout and the running clock is in the video frame.

At the end of the workout, record the time taken to complete it and submit them on Competition Corner.
