Workout

9 minutes AMRAP (As Many Repetitions As Possible) for

  1. 7 synchronised burpees over the dumbbell
  2. 9 synchronised alternate dumbbell snatches
  3. 11 synchronised goblet squat

Workout Standards

In 9 minutes, complete as many repetitions as you can with your team in the above-mentioned movements.

All movements have to be synchronised to be counted as one repetition.

Workout has to be done in the above-mentioned order.

For female, please use 15kg weight.
For male, please use 22.5kg weight.

Record the total number of repetitions your team has completed and submit them on Competition Corner.

Video proof is required for this workout.
