Workout Standards

  • 3 scores - A, B & C are continuous. Do not rest between. 

    Score 1: Part A - For time

    Score 2: Part B - For time (If capped here, your score for Part B is Cap plus thruster reps completed,  Eg. CAP plus 15 thrusters)

    Score 3: Part C - Max meters (If capped at Part B, your score for Part C is 0)


    Please note: In Part C, your row meters are scored as reps!


  • Score 1 to be logged here under EVENT 1 - Part A

    PULL-UPS
  • This is a standard pull-up. Dead-hang, kipping or butterfly pull-ups are allowed, as long as all the requirements are met.

  • Arms must be fully extended at the bottom.
    At the top, the chin must break the horizontal plane of the bar.

    DEADLIFT
  • The barbell begins on the ground and must touch the ground between each rep.

  • At the top of the movement the athlete’s knees and hips must be fully extended, with the shoulders behind the bar.

  • The arms must be straight throughout.

  • Deliberate bouncing of the bar is not allowed.

  • This is a standard deadlift with the hands outside the knees, any grip is permitted but sumo deadlifts are not allowed.

  • Dropping the barbell at the top of the movement is permitted but not required.

  • Chalk and injury prevention/protection such as tape are permitted. Sticky substances or anything used for advantage are prohibited. Belts are permitted.

    ROW
  • This is the maximum number of meters rowed on the rower straight after the last thruster in Part B is complete.
