Your score for Part B is the time taken to complete 30 thrusters. 

You are required to minus your part A time from this time to reveal your exact Part B time. 

eg.
12min 30sec (time at the end of thrusters)
minus
8min 30sec (the time at the end of Part A)

4min 0sec (This is would be your Part B score)
