If wod 1B will not be finished within the TIME CAP add 1" for each rep not completed.

Dumbell squats:

Rx - Master 35 / 40 / 45: 22.5/15 Kg 
Master 50 / 55(Men) / 60(men) - Scaled - Teen: 15/10 Kg

Gymnastic:

Master 45 W/ 50 W/ 55 / 60 - Scaled - Teen: regular pull ups
