Max Rep Pull ups

Athlete will attempt to do as many Strict pull-ups in a row without dropping off the bar.

kipping pull ups are not allowed, as soon as the athlete falls off the bar the attempt is over. Athletes may attempt as many times as possible but only the final scoring attempt must be submitted in video.

Workout Standards

Strict Chin Over Bar Pull ups

This is a standard chin-over-bar pull-up. Kipping or butterfly pull-ups are not permitted 

The arms must be fully extended at the bottom with no swing or drive up with knees, with the athlete’s feet may be on the ground but the buttox must be at full hang. The rep is credited when the chin breaks the horizontal plane of the bar. Athletes may wrap tape around the pull-up bar or wear hand protection (gymnastics-style grips, gloves, etc.), but they may not tape the bar and wear hand protection.

Score & Video

All pull ups must be on one video. Full workout must remain on camera. Athlete must be in full frame for each lift to be considered acceptable. Score will be total pull-ups made from full ang and no touching the ground between reps.
