Max Rep Pull ups

Athlete will attempt to do as many kipping pull-ups in a row without dropping off the bar. Athletes doing 1 arm pull ups with out a second point of contact will add 25% to thier score.

Example:

7 pull ups x 25% = 8.75=9
any scores .5 and above will round up any scores .49 and below will round down.

kipping pull ups are acceptable, as soon as the athlete falls off the bar the attempt is over. Athletes may attempt as many times as possible but only the final scoring attempt must be submitted in video.

Workout Standards

Chin over bar Pull ups

This is a standard chin-over-bar pull-up. Dead hang, kipping or butterfly pull-ups are permitted as long as all the requirements are met. The arms must be fully extended at the bottom, with the athlete’s feet off the ground. The rep is credited when the chin breaks the horizontal plane of the bar. Athletes may wrap tape around the pull-up bar or wear hand protection (gymnastics-style grips, gloves, etc.), but they may not tape the bar and wear hand protection.

Athletes may replace limb with band or strap but the athlete must be able to establish a full hang at the bottom of the pull ups to make the band/strap legal

All pull ups must be on one video. Full workout must remain on camera.

Athlete must be in full frame for each lift to be considered acceptable
