3RM Clean

Athletes will have 10 minutes to find a 3RM Box Clean. The clean must be 3 consecutive reps touch and go with out losing contact with the bar or resting in the bottom position when bar is on floor. 

 

 

Workout Standards

3RM Clean

TOUCH-AND-GO CLEAN 

Athletes must take the bar from the boxes where when weights are resting on boxes they may not have the bar any higher then 3 inches above the lap,  and get it to their shoulder height with the Shoulders over the hips fully extended for three touch-and-go repetitions. The athlete must catch the bar in front rack at full extension for the repetition to be considered a clean.
Athletes MAY hold the bar in the front rack position as long as they like. If the athlete drops the bar before the completion of the third repetition, this is a failed attempt.
Touch-and-go means touch-and-go, the bar should not spend any time on the box. As soon as the bar touches the box, the athlete must take the bar to shoulder height in one movement. no bouncing the bar off the boxes to move into the next lift.

Score & Video

Score will be total pounds totalled of heaviest of each lift.
Sinclair Scores will be calculated by the WheelWOD judging crew after submission.

All Lifts must be on one video and no longer then a 10 minute window.  Full workout must remain on camera and weights must be shown at completion of each 3RM.
