Workout

3RM Clean

Athletes will have 10 minutes to find a 3RM Clean. The clean must be 3 consecutive reps touch and go with out losing contact with the bar or resting in the bottom position when bar is on floor. 

Single Leg Athletes 

Athletes with Single point of contact ( no prosthetic only 1 point of contact on the floor) Will multiply the final lift by 10% only the lifts with 1 point of contact. If you cleaned 150lbs x3 Touch and go lifts you would then add 15lb and your score would be 165.

Workout Standards

3RM Clean CLEAN 

Touch & Go 

Athletes must take the bar from the floor, and get it to their shoulder height with the knees and hips fully extended for three touch-and-go repetitions. The athlete can catch the bar in front rack with the hips passing below the height of the knee or above in power and then stand to full extension for the repetition to be considered a clean.
Athletes MAY hold the bar in the front rack position, or in a hang position as long as they like. If the athlete drops the bar before the completion of the third repetition, this is a failed attempt.
Touch-and-go means touch-and-go, the bar should not spend any time on the floor. As soon as the bar touches the floor, the athlete must take the bar to shoulder height in one movement.

Score & Video

Score will be total pounds totalled of heaviest of each lift.
Sinclair Scores will be calculated by the WheelWOD judging crew after submission.

All Lifts must be on one video and no longer then a 10 minute window.  Full workout must remain on camera and weights must be shown at completion of each 3RM.
