Workout

Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete:

From 0:00-3:00

2 rounds of:

8 Abmat Sit-ups

8 DB Thruster

From 3:00-6:00

2 rounds of:

10 Abmat Sit-ups

10 DB Thruster

From 6:00-9:00

2 rounds of:

12 Abmat Sit-ups

12 DB Thruster

Etc., following the same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds.

Workout Standards

VARIATIONS:

Rx’d: (Ages 16-54)

Men use 35-lb Dumbbells and perform 6ft abmat sit-ups

Women use 25-lb DBs and perform 5ft abmat sit-ups

 

Scaled: (Ages 16-54)

Men use 25-lb Dumbbells, push press, and perform 6ft abmat sit-ups

Women use 15-lb DBs, push press, and perform 5ft abmat sit-ups

 

 

Rx’d Teen/Masters: (Ages 14-15 & 55+)

Men use 30-lb Dumbbells and perform 6ft abmat sit-ups

Women use 20-lb DBs and perform 5ft abmat sit-ups

 

Scaled Teen/Masters: (Ages 14-15 & 55+)

Men use 20-lb DBs, push press, and perform 5ft abmat sit-ups

Women use  12-lb DBs, push press, and perform abmat crunches
