Workout 19.3 is total time it takes to complete Rhino Tri (Cap at 31:00).

 

Workout 19.3a is combined total calories completed in minutes 34-36 and 39-40.

Workout Standards

19.3 and 19.3a must be done together, no exceptions.

VARIATIONS:

Rx’d: (Ages 16-54)

Both men and women will do 2,000m Row, 3.0mi Bike, and run 4x400m.

Minimum paces: 2:29/500m avg row, 20 mph avg bike, 2:30/400m avg run

 

Scaled: (Ages 16-54)

Men will row 1,300m, Bike 2.2miles, and run 2x400m

Women will row 1,200m, Bike 2.0 miles, and run 2x400m

Minimum paces: 3:50/500m  avg row, 13.3 mph avg bike, 5:00/400m run

 

Rx’d Teen/Masters: (Ages 14-15 & 55+)

Both men and women will row 1,750 meters, bike 2.7 miles, and run 4x400m.

 

Scaled Teen/Masters: (Ages 14-15 & 55+)

Men will row 1,000 meters, Bike 1.5 miles, and run 2x400m.

Women will row 1,000 meters, Bike 1.2 miles, and run 2x400m
