VARIATIONS:

Rx’d: (Ages 16-54)

Men deadlift and carry 70-lb KB; then deadlift and carry 106-lb KB; Pull-ups are Chest to bar

Women deadlift and carry 53-lb KB; then deadlift and carry 88-lb KB; Pull-ups are Chin-over-bar

 

Scaled: (Ages 16-54)

Men deadlift and carry 53-lb KB, no weight change; Perform HR/ST push-ups on 24” box and ring rows.

Women deadlift and carry 35-lb KB, no weight change; Perform HR/ST push-ups on 30” box and ring rows.

 

Rx’d Teen/Masters: (Ages 14-15 & 55+)

Men deadlift and carry 62-lb KB; then deadlift and carry 97-lb KB; pull-ups are Chin-over-bar

Women deadlift and carry 44-lb KB; then deadlift and carry 79-lb KB; pull-ups are Chin-over-bar

 

Scaled Teen/Masters: (Ages 14-15 & 55+)

Men deadlift and carry 44-lb KB, no weight change; Perform HR/ST push-ups on 24” box and ring rows +1ft.

Women deadlift and carry 26-lb KB, no weight change; Perform HR/ST push-ups on 30” box and ring rows +1ft.
