30 DB snatch, alt

20 burpee box step over

25m backward bear crawl (scaled is forward) (5x5m)

25m walking lunge (5x5m)

Each round totals 60 reps.

Workout Standards

Male Rx will use 35-lb Dumbbells and a 24" box.  

Female Rx will use 25-lb Dumbbells and a 20" box. 

Male Rx <15 and 55+ will use a 25-lb Dumbbell and 20" box.

Female Rx <15 and 55+ will use a 15-lb Dumbbell and 12" box.

All Rx Divisions: Nothing but feet may touch the box, and knees cannot touch the ground during backward bear crawl or else return behind the nearest 5m section line.  The hands must start behind the 25m line and finish completely across the end line.  Both feet must start completely behind the starting lunge line and finish completely across the finish line.  A knee must touch the ground every lunge and you must stand completely up after each lunge step.

 

Male Scaled will use 25-lb Dumbbells and a 20" box.   

Female Scaled will use 15-lb Dumbbells and a 12" box. 

Male Scaled <15 and 55+ will use a 20-lb Dumbbell and a 16" box.

Female Scaled <15 and 55+ will use a 12-lb Dumbbell and a 8" box.
