Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete:

From 0:00-3:00

2 rounds of:

9 Thruster
 
9 pull-ups
 

From 3:00-6:00

                2 rounds of:

                9 Thruster

                9 pull-ups

From 6:00-9:00

                2 rounds of:

                12 Thruster

                12 pull-ups

Etc., following the same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds.

Workout Standards

Rx’d: (Ages 16-54)

Men use 95-lb barbell and perform chest to bar pull-ups

Women use 65-lb barbell and perform chest to bar pull-ups

 

Scaled: (Ages 16-54)

Men use a 65-lb barbell and perform jumping C2B pull-ups

Women use a 45-lb barbell and perform jumping C2B pull-ups

 

 

Rx’d Teen/Masters: (Ages 14-15 & 55+)

Men use 85-lb barbell and perform chin over bar pull-ups

Women use 55-lb barbell and perform chin over bar pull-ups

 

Scaled Teen/Masters: (Ages 14-15 & 55+)

Men use a 45-lb barbell and perform jumping pull-ups

Women use a 35-lb barbell and perform jumping pull-ups
