Workout Standards

VARIATIONS:

Rx’d: (Ages 16-54)

Men will use two 50-lb dumbbells and MUST use a 28mm (45-lb) barbell for 19.3a

Women will use two 35-lb dumbbells

 

Scaled: (Ages 16-54)

Men will use two 35-lb dumbbells; perform abmat sit-ups, single unders, and pull-ups

Women will use two 25-lb dumbbells; perform abmat sit-ups, single unders, and pull-ups

 

Rx’d Teen/Masters: (Ages 14-15 & 55+)

Men will use two 40-lb dumbbells

Women will use two 25-lb dumbbells

 

Scaled Teen/Masters: (Ages 14-15 & 55+)

Men will use two 25-lb dumbbells; perform abmat sit-ups, single unders, and ring rows.

Women will use two 15-lb dumbbells; perform abmat sit-ups, single unders, and ring rows.
