Rx’d: (Ages 16-54)

Men deadlift 225-lb and jump over 24”; then deadlift 275-lb and jump over 30”

Women deadlift 155-lb and jump over 20”; then deadlift 185-lb and jump over 24”

 

Scaled: (Ages 16-54)

Men deadlift 135-lb and jump over 12”; then deadlift 165-lb and step over 20”; and perform hand release push-ups

Women deadlift 95-lb and jump over 6”; then deadlift 125-lb and step over 12”; and perform hand release push-ups

 

Rx’d Teen/Masters: (Ages 14-15 & 55+)

Men deadlift 185-lb and jump over 20”; then deadlift 225-lb and jump over 24”; and perform 95-lb strict press

Women deadlift 125-lb and jump over 12”; then deadlift 155-lb and jump over 20”; and perform 55-lb strict press

 

Scaled Teen/Masters: (Ages 14-15 & 55+)

Men deadlift 115-lb and step over 12”; then deadlift 135-lb and step over 20”; and perform HR knee push-ups
