20/14# Medicine ball to 10/9ft

75/55#  on barbell

Must jump feet over barbell during burpee

 

Scaled:

20/10# medicine ball to 9ft

45/35# barbell

May step over barbell during burpee

Workout Standards

AMRAP 22

20 Wall Ball

15 Power Snatch

10 Bar Facing Burpee

 

*Wall Ball involves a full squat then stand through extension without stopping the ball will continue to travel upward until it contacts the target.  If a ball touches the ground, it must come to a complete stop before being picked up again.

 

*Power Snatch will be the barbell must go from ground to overhead in a single movement without stopping at the shoulders or any press out that starts below the forehead of the athlete.

 

*Burpees will be done perpindicular to the barbell.  Chest must come in contact with the ground between the bottom of the sternum and the collar bones.  Rx athletes must 2 foot hop over the barbell.  Scaled athletes may step.
