AMRAP 2 - Max alt. dumbell snatches 22.5kg/15kg
(scaled - 15kg/10kg)

Workout Standards

With a 14 minute running clock complete the proscribed workout.

Calories must be done on a concept 2 rower and total reps is the calories displayed at the 2:00 minute mark.

Athletes must reach full depth and full extension with the overhead squat. The bar can be snatched from the ground on the first rep.

Toes to bar must follow CrossFit Open standards

Knees are to be above hip crease in high knees

DB Snatches must follow CrossFit Open standards

The athletes score is the combined reps over the 4 movements.

There is no tie-break for this workout.

A rep will only count if full movement standard is achieved before the time cap.
