Work out 2 is a two-part workout.

Part 1 starts on a 15min running clock.

Athletes perform the below AMRAP for 8 min


55 Bar Facing Bar Hop Burpees 

35 Front Squats (115/70)

15 Bar Muscle Ups 


Following the 8 min AMRAP athletes will rest 2 min (until the 10:00) and then have 5 min to establish a 2 rep TnG Clean (Power or Squat is permited).

Workout Standards

Burpees must be 2 foot jump over the bar. 


Step down to burpees is permitted.
