15 Box Jumps (24”/20”)

Workout Standards

Score is for reps.

Each round is 36 reps. If you are doing CVG, you must do everything rx. Even if it means slowing right down.

Ladies are allowed “worming” on push ups and if can’t jump on the box it’s 2x Step Ups same height

(score would be recorded as 1/2 reps for each step up.) 

Example: 30 step ups = 15 box jumps
