Workout Standards

This workout begins with the athlete standing tall behind the footpads of the Bull Frog with the pad removed. At the call of 3-2-1 Go, each athlete will mount the Bull Frog and grab the front axle rolling out beyond the prescribed line fully extending their arms and legs to full horizontal extension (FHE). The line is 70 inches for men and 63 inches for women. The wheels must touch or go beyond the line.  Once FHE is reached beyond the line, athletes roll back to a squat position and perform a thruster. This is the completion of 1 rep. Keep repeating reps for 3 minutes.

Wheels not reaching the line will result in a “no repetition.” The athlete’s score will be total number of repetitions completed within the 3 minute time cap.
