Go alternating with your buddy.

Both buddies are allowed to use their own barbell.

The two highest scores count!

For example : 180.5 (80.5 kg for buddy 1 and 100 kg for buddy 2)

Workout Standards

Synchronized Deadlift: Both buddies need to start with the barbell on the floor and finish the rep when standing tall, with knees and hips extentedand the shoulders behind the bar.

Mixed and clean grip are both allowed.

Alternating wallball shots:

The rep starts in the squat position, with the hips under the knees and finishes when the ball touches the target after the athlete threw the ball up.

When the ball drops down, the other buddy catches it and makes also a wallball shot and so on.

Complex:

Deadlift: start the the barbell on the floor and finish the rep with your knees and hips extented.

Hang Power Clean: keep the bar above your knees in the starting position and clean the bar to the finishing position on the shoulders and extend the knees and hips fully.You are not allowed to catch the barbell with the hips under the knees; the power clean is a good rep when the barbell is caught with the hips above the knees.

Squat Clean: start with the barbell on the floor and clean the barbell in the squat position before standing tall in the finishing position with the hips and knees fully extented.

As it is a complex you are not allowed to let go of the barbell after the squat clean is done.
