Walters Cup Throwdown 2019 Qualifiers

Workout

AMRAP 9 minutes

9 synchronized alternating dumbell snatches

RX 30/20kg

Intermediate 22,5/17,5kg

Scaled 17,5/12,5kg

9 synchronized chest to bar pullups

RX chest to bar pullups

Intermediate pullups

Scaled jumping pullups

(For jumping pullups the bar should be set up so it is at least 6 inches above the top of the athlete's head when the athlete is standing tall.)

Workout Standards

When the clock starts running both athletes start with the synchronized alternating dumbell snatches.

After the 9 reps they move to the rig and perform 9 synchronized chest to bar pullups (intermediate: pullups and scaled :jumping pullups)

They have completed 1 round now and move on to the next round untill the 9 minutes are done.

The score is the total amount of reps.
