Workout Notes

*Your team score will be the sum of all team members total reps
*Teams do not have to be together to complete the workout
*Scores must be submitted by the Team Captain

Event Description

Athletes will begin standing tall. On the call of 3,2,1 GO, athletes will begin the event. Each athlete will complete the AMRAP listed according to the division they are registered for. *If you are completing the scaled version of the workout please ensure you check off the box stating that the workout was modified when you enter your score*. You will continue to add 2 repetitions to each movement as you ascend the ladder until the 8-minute clock expires. Your team score will be the sum of all team members total reps.

Movement Standards

Handstand Push Ups

• Athlete must kick-up into the top of handstand position with only heels touching the wall and arms locked.
• Kipping or strict handstand push ups are permitted.
• Athletes palms must stay within designated areas- 34” max width, 26” max depth.
• Fingers may extend past the line.
• Head must come into clear contact with mat.
• Full lockout to be achieved at the top of each repetition.

Dumbbell Push Press

• The dumbbells must start on the shoulders.
• The rep ends when the dumbbells are held overhead with the knees, hip and elbows fully extended.
• Thrusters, push jerks and split jerks are not permitted.
Deadlift
• Conventional Deadlifts only, no sumo-deadlifts permitted.
• Athletes must reach full knee and hip extension with shoulders behind the barbell.
• No bouncing the barbell.
• Bar must be taken from the ground on each rep.

Box Jump Overs

• There is no requirement to stand tall while on top of the box. A two-foot takeoff is always required and only the athlete’s feet may touch the box. The athlete may jump on top of the box using a two-foot landing and then jump or step off to the other side, or the athlete may jump completely over the box. If jumping over the box, the feet must go over the box, not around it, and the athlete may land on the opposite side in any fashion.
• You may perform this face on or lateral jumps.
• Each rep is counted when the athlete lands on the ground on the opposite side, where they may begin their next rep. • Scaled categories may choose to perform box step overs. The athlete will still need to make contact on top of the box with both feet before stepping or jumping off the other side.

Video Standards

If you are intending to qualify for the Main Event you will be asked for a video submission at the conclusion of the qualifier. To avoid having to redo a workout, please ensure you film your workouts at the time of completion. If you have a Smartphone, the app “WodProof” is highly recommended. A clock or timer with the running workout time clearly visible should be in the frame throughout the entire workout. Shoot the video from an angle so all exercises can be seen clearly meeting the movement standards. Videos shot with a fisheye lens or similar lens may be rejected due to the visual distortion these lenses cause. Please be sure you have enough battery life, memory and time to upload your video. You may need to increase your limit on YouTube in order to allow a longer video.
