this workout individually. The result of this workout is all the scores put together. The team with the highest total amount of repetitions wins this workout.

Workout Standards

Standards TOES-TO-BAR

Athlete hanging from a horizontal bar moves toes to contact bar.

REPETITION START

- Vertical hang from horizontal bar
- Hips are fully extended
- Heels break the vertical plane directly under the bar

REPETITION END

- Both feet (toe-box) touch the bar simultaneously - The contact point is within the width of the hands

REQUIREMENTS

-Feet can only contact the target bar during the rep

COMMON CLARIFICATIONS

- One foot can hit the bar first as long as it stays in contact with the bar until the 2nd foot also comes in contact (to obtain a short period of simultaneously contact)
- Feet cannot touch ground, surrounding rack or anything else than the target bar during rep-start or while performing the movement - arms might bend during the movement as long as rep-start is obtained

CHEST-TO-BAR

Athlete hanging from a horizontal bar pulls himself up until chest come in contact with the bar.
REPETITION START
- Vertical hang from horizontal bar REPETITION END
- Athlete touches chest to the horizontal bar REQUIREMENTS
- Only hands and chest or above can touch anything during the movement

COMMON CLARIFICATIONS

- Any kipping technique can be used
- Feet cannot touch ground, surrounding rack or anything else during rep-start or while performing the movement

DEADLIFT

Athlete moves object from ground to hips.

REPETITION START

- Object-on-ground
- Athlete with hand(s) on object

REPETITION END
-Deadlift lockout REQUIREMENTS
- Hands and arms are kept outside the legs during the full rep
- Object cannot bounce, that is have notable upwards momentum from ground impact

COMMON CLARIFICATIONS

- Signs of bouncing are elbows bending on the way up as momentum is carrying the bar, however having straight elbows is not proof of not bouncing
