* Each athlete completes this workout individually. The result of this workout is all the scores put together. The team with the highest total weight wins this workout.

Workout Standards

Description:
This is a three part workout. The teams chooses which team member does what.
70 wall balls is the buy in for the workout. The score for each part will be the max load lifted and amount of box jumps done. If an athlete lifts 120kg and does 12 box jumps inside the 7 minute window the score will be 120.12. The combined score between the athletes of the team will be the score for the test. Example: 120.10 + 100.15 + 110.10 = 330.35
Standards
WALL BALL

Athlete stands up like a front squat and in one movement continues by throwing the ball towards a target.

REPETITION START

- Full squat position with a medicine ball in the frontal plane supported by the handsREPETITION END

- Medicine ball hits the target at or above the designated height

REQUIREMENTS

- Athlete, while ascending, throw the ball
- For cycling the ball must either be catched on its way down from rep-end position OR the ball must be retrieved from the ground
- The standard height for the target is 3.0m for men and 2.75cm for women

COMMON CLARIFICATIONS

- Jumping during the repetition is permissible but not required
- Catching the ball after the completion of a good repetition is not required
- A squat clean on the initial repetition is OK
- If the ball is not catched on its way down, but bounces on the ground it cannot be catched in air. It needs to be settled on the ground, then retrieved. A controlled return and touch with the ground is OK.

CLEAN, ANYHOW
Athlete moves object in one fluid motion from ground to front of shoulders.

REPETITION START

- Object-on-ground
- Athlete with hand(s) on object

REPETITION END
- Front-rack lockout REQUIREMENTS
- Object is moved in one fluid motion from ground to a front-rack position - The athlete must then achieve the front-rack lock-out
- Cannot touch ground with anything other than feet
SNATCH, ANYHOW
Athlete moves object in one fluid motion from ground to overhead.

REPETITION START

- Object-on-ground
- Athlete with hand(s) on object

REPETITION END
- Overhead lockout REQUIREMENTS
- Object is moved in one fluid motion from ground to a overhead position - The athlete must then achieve the overhead lock-out
- Cannot touch ground with anything other than feet

SHOULDER-TO-OVERHEAD

Athlete moves object from shoulders to overhead.

REPETITION START

- Barbell in contact with the shoulders
- Athlete standing tall, hips and knees extended

REPETITION END
- Overhead lock-out REQUIREMENTS

COMMON CLARIFICATIONS

- when cycling, the barbell can be lowered to shoulder while being in a partial squat and then reach rep-start position with upward momentum
- strict press, push press, push jerk, squat jerk, split jerk or any combination will be allowed
