* Each athlete completes this workout individually. The result of this workout is all the scores put together. The team with the lowest total time wins this workout.

Workout Standards

STANDARDS
BURPEE OVER OBJECT, LATERALAthlete from lying on the ground, gets up and jumps over an object.

REPETITION START

- Atlete in prone position on the ground next to object
- Hands, chest, thighs and toes in contact with the ground

REPETITION END

- Athlete with both feet on the ground on other side of object

REQUIREMENTS

- The jump requires a simultaneous take-off with both feet
- The athlete passes over the object with entire body (no feet on the sides etc.)
- The athlete may land or contact the top of the object with his feet during the transition over - Hands or any other parts except from feets may not touch the object during a repetition

COMMON CLARIFICATIONS

- Athlete cannot "run" over (need a two feet takeoff)
- No need to have a two footed landing on box or other other side (only take-off) - Athlete can step-down if landed on box (no two feet landing required)

THRUSTER

Athlete performs a front squat and in one fluid movement continues to press the object overhead.
REPETITION START

- Full squat position with object in front rack position / frontal plane supported by the hands

REPETITION END
- Overhead lockout position REQUIREMENTS
- Object is moved in one fluid motion from full squat to overhead lockout - Any jerk-movement (rebend of knees) is not allowed

COMMON CLARIFICATIONS

- Any way, including a squat clean or power clean + squat down is OK to take the object from ground or other place into the initial rep-start position

ROW

Athlete rows on the Concept 2 row machine.

REPETITION START

- Athlete is seated on rower
- Both feet on foot plate
- At least one hand on the handle

REPETITION END

- Same as rep-start

REQUIREMENTS

- Maintains the rep-start requirements throughout the movement
- Continues until the designated measure (time, meters or calories) is met
- If rep-start requirement is broken, it will need to be regained even if designated measure is met while requirement is broken
- In fixed time events (max meters/cals) the athlete will have have to let go of the handle when the time is up, the result will be what is displayed when the rower stops moving

COMMON CLARIFICATIONS

- If athlete let's go of handle or dismounts feet before designated measure is met, but then the rower continues and costs over the designated measure, the athlete will have to return to the valid rep- end position to end the movement
- If the athlete lets go when time is up, the "coast over" will be counted
