Workout Standards

MOVEMENT STANDARDS:

Front Squat - Athlete will clean the bar up off the ground, descending with the bar in the Front Rack Position till the hip crease passes the top of the knee. Athlete then will Squat up and finish the rep with hips completly locked out at the top and in alignment with shoulder and ankles! You may use any grip you'd like as long as bar stays in frontal plane. You May Squat Clean your first Rep.

Double Unders/Single Unders (designated divisions only)- Rope must pass the feet twice while athlete is in the air. Rep doesn't not count if snagged in the front of the body, or doesn't complete the 2 revolutions completely. Single Unders must pass the feet once, and is counted 3:1 in your score, you may not switch back and forth and you must declare which style you'll be utilizing. Any ELITE/RX/Mas. 35-39;40-44 that does singles will have a 0 score for those reps)

Shoulder To Overhead- Athlete will clean bar to the FRONT RACK and will bring the barbell into the overhead position, with arms locked out, and ears must be clearly seen in front of the arms. If any type of redip occurs (aka jerk, split jerk, Squat Jerk) athlete must bring feet back to neutral before the bar can start descending from the locked out position. The end of the rep is when athlete has bar overhead, with arms locked out and Hips, shoulders and ankles are in alignment

Thruster- Athlete will clean the bar from the ground, and place bar in the front rack position. Athlete will then squat with the barbell till hip crease goes below top of the knee, and then athlete will thrust the bar overhead in one continuous motion, until it is completely locked out at the top and the athletes shoulders, hips and ankles are aligned. Squat cleaning first rep is permitted. THRUSTER JERKS ARE CONSIDERED NO REP. If you accomplish the front squat part and stop you may not finish with a push press, it must be one continuous motion. But if it is your second or third rep then you don't have to complete the whole three reps over so long as you don't drop the bar.
