100 Double Unders
40 Air Squats
30 KB S2O (24/16)
25 Goblet Squats
20 cal Row
2 x 8 m Handstandwalk

(Time Cap: 10 Min)

On the call 3,2,1 go the athlete starts to work through this Chipper. The score for this workout is the total amount of time to complete this workout. This Workout has a 10 min TimeCap and you will get 1 sec Penalty for each missed rep.

Workout Standards

Double Unders:

regular Double Unders where the rope has to pass your feet 2 times per jump

Air Squats:

regular unweighted Squats with Hip Crease below Knee Cap and full extension of Knees and hips at the top.

Kettelbell Shoulder 2 Overhead:

The kettlebell has to be brought from your shoulders to overhead in any possible style. In the start position the Kettlebell has to touch your shoulders and your hand has to be UNDER chin Level. In the end position a full lockout of elbows, knees and Hips is required. the KB has to be in line with your body.

Goblets Squats:

Same requirmest as for the Air Squats. The KB has to be hold with both hands on the Kettbell in front of your body.

Row:

The Rowing part has to be on a concept 2 Rower.

Handstand Walk:

The Handstand walk is Split up into 4 x 2m segments. If your drop down before completing the 8m your are allowed to start with your hand behind the line of the las completed segment. A segment is completed when both hands are behind the line, before another body part is touching the floor
