(40/30, 50/35, 60/40, 70/50, 80/55, 90/60 - max Rounds)

On the call “3,2,1 Go” the athlete has to perform 2 Rounds of 3 Snatches and 3 Overhead Squats. He then has to change the weight on his own to perform the next 2 rounds with the required weight. The athlete continues with the same procedure until he reaches the last weight or the time cap of 7 min. If he reaches the round of 90/60 kg before the time cap, he performs as many rounds as possible with this weight.
Your score for 2A is the total amount of reps performed within the 7 minutes.

Workout Standards

Snatch

Each Snatch is starting from the floor and the end position requires full lockout at knees, hips and elbows before lowering the bar for the next rep. Any Hang Snatch or Shoulder2Overhead style movements are not allowed. Any Snatch Style is allowed.

Overhead Squat

Every Overhead Squat requires a full depth Squats with the hip crease below knee cap and a full lockout of knees, hips and elbows at the top. Snatching/Snatch Balance etc. for your first rep is allowed.
