Workout Standards

Athletes now have until Sunday the 13th January to complete this workout where the leaderboard will remain closed until this date.

Here are some key points to remember when performing your attempt:

EQUIPMENT:
Athletes must perform the row & ski sections on a 'Concept 2' machine and the bike must be performed on an 'Assault Bike', any resistance level can be selected on the Concept2 machine as this will run off drag factor to deliver your fastest time.

To learn how to change from 'Miles' to 'Meters' on the assault bike CLICK HERE

RECORDING:
All score submissions must include a video link to your attempt for our team to verify (No exceptions to this rule). Note: due to the length of this workout this can be on any platform you choose, for example: YouTube, DropBox, Facebook live etc etc. We also highly recommend running a backup of your attempt as no video = no score!

JUDGING:
This workout will require one of the following options to be a valid submission;

1: Athletes can use an affiliate owner, L1 coach or qualified CrossFit judge during the video to confirm when each section has been successfully completed.

2: Or athletes may simply use their video and have a friend show the screen of each monitor as you progress through the workout, this must show 0 meters at the start of the workout and then the relevant distance upon completion of each section.

SUBMISSION DATE:
All scores must be submitted via Competition Corner by 9pm on the 13th January, the workout itself will go live next week for you to input your scores (The leaderboard will remain closed until after the deadline).
