The Amarok 2019 - Online Qualifiers


Part B)

After the wall ball shots and in the remaining time of the 5 min window :

Perform a 3 Reps Max bench press. You can not rack the bar after 1 rep and start the 2nd rep. 


Score :   The score is the weight of the bar used.
For instance 3 reps at 80kg, score = 80 kg. If you did not have time to do the three reps, put 0 as a score.
