Workout Standards

For this workout, you will have to perform a couplet of dumbell thrusters and either chest to bar pull ups or pull-ups.

The workout starts with 15 dumbell thusters, and 15 chest to bar / pull-ups, then we move on 12 dumbell thrusters and 12 chest to bar pull-ups / pull-ups, and finally we are finishing with 9 dumbell thrusters and 9 chest to bar / pull-ups.
