Workout

WORKOUT CG3 SCALED BEAR CUB: 10 – 12 YEARS

FOR TIME (12 MIN TIME CAP)

30 Wall Balls (4kg to 6ft target  – both boys and girls)
30 Sit ups
25/20 Cal Row
25 Dumbbells Cleans (2kg each hand – both boys and girls)
25 Squat Jumps 6” Tap

Workout Standards

At the call of “3, 2, 1…go!” the athlete will commence the 40 walls balls (30 for scaled).  Once all reps are completed, they will begin the 30 knee raises (sit ups for SCALED).  The athlete will then move on to the rower and commence the specified calorie row.  The damper may be on any setting the athlete chooses. Once the row is complete, the athlete moves to the barbell (dumbbell for SCALED) and performs 20 cleans either power or full.  To complete the chipper, the athlete will perform 10 chest to bar pull ups (25 squat jumps for SCALED). 

Score is time taken to complete the chipper.  If the workout was not completed within the time cap, the score is number of total reps completed.
