WORKOUT CG3 RXD FOX CUB: 7 - 9 YEARS

FOR TIME (12 MIN TIME CAP)

30 Medball squats (4kg)
30 Sit ups
15 Cal Row
25 Dumbbells Cleans (2kg each hand)
25 Squat Jumps 6” Tap

WORKOUT CG3 SCALED FOX CUB: 7 – 9 YEARS

FOR TIME (12 MIN TIME CAP)

30 Alternate lunges
30 Sit ups
15 Cal Row
25 Mountain Climbers
25 Squat Jumps 6” Tap

Workout Standards

At the call of “3, 2, 1…go!” the athlete will commence the 30 medball squats (alternate lunges for SCALED) Once all reps are completed, they will begin the 30 sit ups.  The athlete will then move on to the rower and commence the 15 calorie row.  The damper may be on any setting the athlete chooses. Once the row is complete, the athlete moves to the dumbbell and performs 25 dumbbell cleans (25 mountain climbers for SCALED).  To complete the chipper, the athlete will perform 25 squat jumps.  

Score is time taken to complete the chipper.  If the workout was not completed within the time cap, the score is number of total reps completed.
