20 Power Cleans (30kg/25kg)
10/8 Bar Muscle Ups

 

WORKOUT CG3 SCALED LION CUB: 13 -15 YEARS

FOR TIME (16 MIN TIME CAP)

40 Wall Balls (Boys 6kg to 9ft/ Girls 4kg to 8ft.)
30 Knee Raises
20/15 Cal Row
10 Power Cleans (20kg/15kg)
5 Pull Ups

Workout Standards

At the call of “3, 2, 1…go!” the athlete will commence the 50 walls balls (40 for scaled).  Once all reps are completed, they will begin the 40 toes to bars (30 knee raises for SCALED).  The athlete will then move on to the rower and commence the specified calorie row.  The damper may be on any setting the athlete chooses. Once the row is complete, the athlete moves to the barbell and performs 20 cleans (10 for SCALED).  PLEASE RECORD TIE BREAK TIME HERE.

To complete the chipper, the athlete will perform 10 bar muscle ups for boys and 8 for girls (SCALED have 5 pull ups).

Score is time taken to complete the chipper.  If the workout was not completed within the 16 minute time cap, enter one second for every incomplete rep.
