Workout

AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE IN 7 MIN:

  • 5 Burpees
  • 7 Dumbbell Shoulder to overhead (2kg each hand)
  • 9 air squats
  • 10m up and back Bear Crawl

(5m = 1 rep, 10m = 2 reps)

Workout Standards

NOTES Prior to starting this workout, a distance of 10 metres will need to be measured out and marked on the floor for the farmers carry portion of the workout.  The half way mark at 5 metres should also be marked. 

 

At the call of “3, 2, 1…go!” the athlete will commence the burpees.  Once all reps are completed, they will begin the 7 dumbbell shoulder to overhead with dumbbells in each hand and then the 9 air squats.  On completion of these movements, the athlete will move to the start of the 10m line and bear crawl to the end, turn around and bear crawl back to the start.  Both hands and feet must clear the lines.  Completion of the 10m up and back crawl constitutes 4 reps.  Should the workout finish whilst the athlete is in the middle of the bear crawl, they will earn 1 rep for every 5 metres completed.

 

Score is total reps scored in 7 minutes. I.E. Athlete completes a full 4 rounds – total score will be 100 reps.
