  • 5 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
  • 7 Push Ups
  • 9 Air Squats
  • 10m up and back farmers carry (5m = 1 rep, 10m = 2 reps)

SCALED

  • 5 Jumping Chest to Bar Pull-ups
  • 7 Knee Push Ups
  • 9 Air Squats
  • 10m up and back farmers carry (5m = 1 rep, 10m = 2 reps)

M 2 x 16kg. kettlebell / F 2 x 12kg. kettlebell

Workout Standards

NOTES Prior to starting this workout, a distance of 10 metres will need to be measured out and marked on the floor for the farmers carry portion of the workout.  The half way mark at 5 metres should also be marked. 

 

At the call of “3, 2, 1…go!” the athlete will commence the chest to bar pull ups (jumping chest to bar for SCALED).  Once all reps are complete, they will begin the 7 push ups (knee push ups for SCALED) and then the 9 air squats.  On completion of these movements, the athlete will pick up a kettlebell in each hand at the specified weight and walk the 10m distance.  Once both feet clear the 10m mark, they will turn around and walk back to the beginning.  The kettlebells may be put down at any time should the athlete need to rest.  Completion of the 10m up and back walk constitutes 4 reps.  Should the workout finish whilst the athlete is in the middle of the farmers carry, they will earn 1 rep for every 5 metres completed.

 

Score is total reps scored in 10 minutes. I.E. Athlete completes a full 4 rounds – total score will be 100 reps.
