  • Med Ball Weight: 20 / 14 lbs

  • Wall Ball Target Height: 10 / 9 ft

  • Box Height: 60/50 cm (24” / 20”)

  • Bar Total Weight: 100/70 kgs (220/155 lbs)

Workout Standards

Wall Balls:

For every Wall Ball, the athlete must pass below parallel, with the hip crease clearly below the top of the knee. The athlete may start with a squat clean of the med ball. The ball must hit the designated target in each rep. Measurements for the wallball target must be shown.

Wall Balls No Reps:

  • The Ball did not touch the target      
  • Athlete didn’t go below parallel in each rep (Hip crease did not go below knee)           
  • Athlete Bounced the ball between reps       

Box Jump:

Every rep must begin with both feet on the floor. The rep finishes with hips and knees fully extended while in control on top of the box. You may jump down or step down but you must jump up with a two foot take off and land both feet on the box

Box Jumps No Reps:

  • Athlete did not extend knees and hips on top of the box
  • Athlete jumped with one foot (One foot take off)
  • Athlete landed on box with one foot (one foot landing)
  • Athlete had no control on top of the box (falling down)
  • Athlete touched the box with hand  
  • Athlete stepped up on the box


On each repetition the athlete starts with the plates touching the floor and ends with knees and hips fully extended and shoulders behind the bar. A Sumo deadlift is not permitted. Bouncing the bar is not permitted.

Deadlift No Reps:

  • Athlete Bouncing the bar      
  • Athlete hips are not fully extended  
  • Athlete Knees are not locked out      
  • Athlete Shoulders not behind the vertical line of the bar    
  • Athlete using Sumo deadlift grip Barbell does not touch the ground between reps
