50 Power Snatch
AMRAP Chest to Bar Pull Ups

Your score for 19.6 is the number of repetitions completed within the 6 minute time cap.


The tie breaker for this workout is the total time it takes to complete the 50 power snatches.

Workout Standards

At the call of 3-2-1 Go, the athlete will begin with 50 Power Snatches. For the Power snatch the bar will begin on the ground and must come to full lockout over with the hips, knees, and arms fully extended with the bar directly over the middle of the body. This is not a ground to overhead any way.


Once all 50 reps are completed, the athlete will move to the pull up bar where they will complete as many chest to bar pull ups as possible with what is left of the 6 minutes. For the Chest to Bar Pull Up, dead hang, kipping or butterfly pull-ups are allowed, as long as all the requirements are met. The arms must be fully extended at the bottom. At the top, the chest must clearly come into contact with the bar below the collarbone.
