Workout Standards

Max de calories à l'assault bike durant 8'. Toutes les deux minutes, les élites devront effectuer 2 rope climb. Les rookies devront effectuer 4 seated rope pull (allongé au sol, rope dans les mains, il se relève en position debout en tirant sur la corde).
