Event description

This will be the 6th annual WOD Wars partner competition, hosted by Torch & U-Turn !  ALL profits will be donated to local organizations that support local fire, police and veterans!

Divisions: Teams of 2, Rx/scaled Women, Rx/scaled Men,Rx/ Scaled Co-ed

 

STANDARDS: RX: T2B, Snatch 135/95, Deadlift 225/155, Double Unders, Box Jumps, Front Squats 155/115, OHS 135/95, at least 1 partner should be able to Hang Clean & S2OH up to #225/135; C2B Pull-ups

Scaled: Pull ups (at least 1 partner), C&J: 115/75, Snatch 95/65, Deadlifts 185/135, Single Jump Rope, Box Step ups 24/20, Front Squats 115/75, OHS 95/65, at least 1 partner should be able to Hang Clean & S2OH up to #185/115

**These standards are guildlines for you to decide which division is right for you and your partner.

Run 300m Loop

15 Snatches (Rx 115/75 - Scaled 95/65)

 

*3, 2, 1, GO…

Partner A will run the 300m loop while Partner B completes 15 Snatches.  ONLY AFTER Partner A completes the run AND Partner B completes the snatches can they TAG HANDS.  Then they’ll switch and Partner A will complete 15 Snatches while Partner B will run the 300m loop.  ONLY AFTER Partner B completes the run AND Partner A completes the snatches can they TAG HANDS.  They will continue for 8 minutes.

 

Score will be number of Snatches completed as a team

-As a team, Partner A & Partner B must perform 15 Hang Cleans, 15 Front Squats & 15 STOH.  They may split the reps however they would like, but MUST TAG HANDS each time they switch (Barbell may NOT be “handed off “ to the other partner)

-Then team MUST ROLL bar to the next station and add weight.   As a team, Partner A & Partner B must perform 12 Hang Cleans, 12 Front Squats & 12 STOH.  They may split the reps however they would like, but MUST TAG HANDS each time they switch (Barbell may NOT be “handed off “ to the other partner)

- Then team MUST ROLL bar to the next station and add weight.   As a team, Partner A & Partner B must perform 9 Hang Cleans, 9 Front Squats & 9 STOH.  They may split the reps however they would like, but MUST TAG HANDS each time they switch (Barbell may NOT be “handed off “ to the other partner)

 

Score will be time it takes to complete all 108 reps. If all reps are not completed before the 7 minute cap, there will be a one second penalty added for each missing rep.

50 Axle Bar Deadlifts (Rx 210/170, Coed 170 – Scaled 170/120,  Coed 120)

50 Wall Balls (Rx 20/14 – Scaled 14/10)

50 Chest-2-Bar (Scaled Pullups)

-As a team, Partner A & Partner B be must complete as many rounds and reps of the stated movements within the 10 minute window.  They may split the reps however they would like, but MUST TAG HANDS each time they switch.
