Event description

Join us for a day of fitness, fun and friendly competition as we break the monotony of winter with a pre-Valentines Day couples-themed team throw down. 

There will be three separate divisions, each with ten total spots up for grabs. Those divisions will be:

Scaled
Masters (35+)

Standards: 
NOTE: Both members of each team SHOULD be able to perform the following standards:
RX'd:
Clean & Jerk: 135/95 for reps
Deadlift: 225/155 for Reps
Wall Ball: 20/14 for reps
Dumbbell Snatch: 50/35 for reps
Bar Muscle Ups
T2B
Double Unders

Scaled:
Clean & Jerk: 95/65 for reps
Deadlift: 185/125 for reps
Wall Ball: 14/10 for reps
Dumbbell Snatch: 35/25 for reps
Jumping Pull Ups
Hanging Knee Raises (past the horizontal plane at crease of hip)
Plate Hops 

Masters* (35+):
*both members of the team must be over the age of 40 to qualify.
Clean & Jerk: 115/75 for reps
Deadlift: 165/115 for reps
Wall Ball: 20/14 for reps
Dumbbell Snatch 35/25 for reps
Chin-over-bar PullnUps
Hanging Knee Raises (past the horizontal plane at crease of hip)
Double Unders

There will be 3 Main Workouts + 1 Floater to be done at your discretion.
